Meditating: Connecting To Your Source

I recently became interested in meditation after watching a Youtube video by Afrogenic. Yes, she is a born again Christian and had all the right arguments to back up why you should incorporate meditation in your everyday life.  After that I watched another video where Oprah Winfrey interviewed Deepak Chopra an Indian medical doctor, who is also well versed in the art of meditation and yoga.  From that interview I got the information I needed to convince me the more of the benefits and why I should incorporate meditation into my daily routine. Chopra defined meditation as the "Progressive quieting of the mind till it reaches the source of the mind which is what we call the soul or spirit."
